Mr. Lockhart currently resides in Basingstoke with his cat, Tiddles. He is at work on his first novel.
What the dust jacket won't tell you: Gilderoy Lockhart's face, body and apendages were irreparably scarred seventeen years ago in a confrontation with Horace Slughorn, his long-time mentor and friend. When not wearing a complex charm in public, he typically prefers to wear a hood and gloves. He is nursing a fairly large grudge against Slughorn and the Dark Lord and is a prominent member of the Order of the Phoenix.
And then there's his taste for Old Ogden's anything, but firewhisky in particular...
